Coated laminated glass is widely used in modern building
Laminated glass is a kind of "hamburger" structured safety
glad that firstly laminated with Polyvinyl Butyral (PVM) film between two glass
sheets or among multiple glass sheets by the special equipment, then preheated and
prepressed before entering the autoclave for permanent heat pressing and forming.
◆ Properties:
- Security: Compared with the common glass sheet, laminated glass is stronger and
can withstand more impact. Even laminated glass is broken, the fragments will keep
sticking on the interlayer and won't scatter.
- Energy saving : Laminated glass is a good material at heat in insulating , which
can reduce energy consumption.
- Sound insulating : With a good damping function for sound wave, laminated glass
is a favorable sound insulating material.
- U.V. Filtering : The interlayer can filter out ultra-violet rays, so that can prevent
the indoor or objects such as furniture from fading.
◆ Specifications:
- Flat laminated glass:
Thickness: 4-60mm
Max. Size: 2500 x 3500mm
- Bent laminated glass:
Thickness: 4-30mm
Size: 300 x 300mm-1700 x 2600mm
◆ Application:
- Architectural door, window, ceiling, floor and curtain wall glass.
- Ships and automobile windshield glass.
- Bullet/violence- resistant glass for financial places, exhibitions hall, hospital
and jail,etc.
- Safety glass for furniture.

Heavy ball falls here-->>
Even laminated glass is broken under extra strong impact, the fragments still keep
sticking on the interlayer film and cannot fall, thus remains the shield state and
plays a perfect security role, which is other glass can not compare with.
